Applying the ritual
Despair cosmetic
For the fleeting
Film negatives/
Suspended sky
—And visible wire/
Painted celestial
Onlookers have
Gathered —here
Voyeurs and converts
Furniture corpse arrangement
bolted shut—
The installation of
Endless plaque
Of non achievement
And hair falls out/
Ensnaring within
the net of Indra/
Mechanical

Livestock
In the infinite maw/
Blackhole drool
Mise en scene
Falling

An audience
Of stillborn stars
Crescendo:
Tulianum construct
Stagehand severed
Lines forgotten/
Memory fades black
And then this prison
Begins to crumble
Fourth wall falling–
The simple remainder
Left when one—
Tastes their freedom
And spits it out
Austerity hammer
Groveling limply at the feet of St Augustine
In desperation
Entranced by scarcity
Cannibals, sating
A witch’s stomach/
Using real stage blood
Very Satrap
Goes the cult of
Authenticity
Neglect as
Method acting
Deceiving
Those whom
You supposedly

Blood needles lung//
The plague
That inspires
A stage directed
Vector dump for
Stendhal pricked show hound
A lunatic’s trip lined with plastic
Suspended sky hanging With visible wires–
Painted— moons and neu/tron facade–
Method —-piety—- for performance–
He tumbled— through —the false—- premise

I came accross Black Curse, and their first demo, on Greg Biehl / No Gleaming Light YT channel in late 2019 and a bit later, in 2020, as it was covid, a whole lot of time was spent at home listening to music.
In April 2020, I took a slap in my face. The songs that were already on the demo, with the new production here were so insane, it dragged me to hell. Black Curse is definitely one of the most violent band I listened in the last years. Next-level Black-Death metal for sure ! drs_dramm

You just gotta love every aspect of this album. Abrasively raw, psychodelicaly spectral, lyrically gnarly. This is true DIY black metal made from a fiery heart.🤘🏻🔥🖤👹💀 josedenoche
